RETURNS

Daytona 73 undertakes to exchange any item in the event of a sizing, fit, or satisfaction issue.

You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or a refund for unworn items, returned in their original packaging, that do not meet your expectations.

IMPORTANT:

An item can only be exchanged or refunded if it has not been worn, altered, or retouched, and if all tags are still attached.

If these conditions are not met, a €5 penalty per item may be deducted from your refund.

1. EXCHANGE

In the case of an exchange for the same item (different size or color), return shipping is free of charge.

Within 2 to 3 days after receiving your return parcel, the requested replacement item(s) will be shipped using the same shipping method selected for your original order.

If you wish to change the delivery address, please notify us by email at contact@daytona73.com, indicating your order reference number.

You will be informed by email once the new parcel has been shipped, along with its tracking number.

Important: Exchange requests are limited to one free return. From the second exchange onward, return shipping costs will be at your expense.

2. REFUND

In the case of a refund, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount:

  • €10 incl. VAT for parcels over 1 kg in France
  • €5 incl. VAT for parcels under 1 kg in France
  • €12 incl. VAT for parcels within Europe

For parcels weighing over 3 kg, the actual return shipping costs charged by the carrier will apply after verification.

Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned parcel, using the same payment method selected for your original order.

How to request a return?

2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order.

3. Click on “Make a return” after selecting the relevant item in the “My order” section.

4. On the return platform, fill in the required information, select your reason for return, then print your return form and shipping label.

5. Drop off the parcel at your nearest post office.

Please return the parcel within 10 days from the date your return request is submitted.

Please note that no return will be accepted without the delivery note included in the parcel and without a prior return request made on the website.

Can I request an exchange?

Would you like to try a different size? Choose a different color?

We offer free exchanges for one or more items, subject to stock availability.

To do so, when submitting your return request, select the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return shipping label by email. Please print and attach the label to your parcel.

Then, drop off the parcel at a Post Office or a Colissimo drop-off point.

Please note that exchanges are only possible for the same item reference.

If you wish to order a different item, please place a new order.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your package has been received in our warehouse, we undertake to process your return request within 3 to 5 working days.

This processing time may be extended during special sales periods.

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your return is validated.

When will I be reimbursed?

We undertake to refund the amount including tax of your order within 3 to 5 days after receiving your package.

As a reminder, in the event of a refund, return costs will be deducted from the total amount.

The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.

How do I exchange a product given as a Christmas gift if the return date has passed?

Because Christmas is such a special and unique time, we're extending the return period until January 15th for any purchase made between December 1st and 25th. So, if the size, color, or style isn't right, we'll exchange, credit, or refund your purchase under the same terms and conditions.

I bought a product that is already defective after 6 months, can I claim a warranty?

The products on our website include a 1-year warranty from the order's shipment date covering material and manufacturing defects for their original owner. If your product proves to be defective or if it is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we undertake to replace the product while stocks last. If the product is no longer available or its production is stopped, a credit equivalent to the product's VAT amount, valid for 1 year, will then be offered to the customer in their personal space. Under no circumstances can a refund be claimed by the customer.

To assess the possibility of applying the warranty, a return request must be made via the online contact form on the website. The customer is asked to provide their contact details, the order number and, if applicable, photos highlighting the defect(s) observed that may justify the return.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, washing, normal wear and tear, or the natural alteration of colors and materials over time and use. We are currently unable to repair items not covered by this warranty policy.

Beyond the two-year legal guarantee, a compromise in the form of a credit note or promotional code may be considered after agreement between the different parties.

Important: This warranty can only be applied once to the same order. Therefore, a customer will not be able to request an exchange or repair after using the warranty. Except in the case of shipping errors or non-compliant products upon receipt.
