What are the different delivery methods offered?
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Therefore, any order placed before 10 a.m. Monday through Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday are shipped the next business day.
We offer three delivery methods in Metropolitan France:
> Home delivery
DPD ensures home delivery by Predict within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch, to a specific address (home, workplace, etc.).
The shipping cost, which will be charged to you, is €7 including tax. Home delivery is free for purchases over €150 including tax.
You'll be notified by text message and email as soon as your package is picked up. You can track your package at any time on dpd.fr and receive online assistance if needed. On the scheduled delivery date, you'll receive a text message and an email indicating the delivery time slot and your secure delivery code. The package will be delivered within the specified time slot, following safety instructions for a completely secure, contactless delivery for both you and the driver.
> Delivery to a relay point
DPD ensures delivery to a relay point within 24 to 48 hours to a relay point selected by you when ordering from our online store.
The shipping cost, which will be charged to you, is €4 including tax. Delivery to a collection point is free for purchases over €150 including tax.
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to collect your package from a collection point.
We do not offer delivery to collection points at our retailers or in the European Union.
SPECIAL CASES
Additional delivery charges of €6 including VAT may be added for towns and cities that are difficult to access (mountainous regions and islands)

Delivery is free for countries in zone 1 (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany) for purchases of €150 or more including tax.
You will be delivered to your home within 2 to 3 days by DPD Predict.
What are the delivery times?
We strive to prepare and ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, depending on our business. Any order placed between 10 a.m. on Friday and midnight on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

In the event of a problem with the selected delivery service, we reserve the right to use another delivery service (Colissimo or UPS).
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text message with your tracking number.
You can also check your tracking number in the "My Orders" section of your customer area.
You can track your package at any time at https://trace.dpd.fr/fr/trace
Please have your tracking number ready.
If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has expired, we invite you to check your email inbox and your spam messages.
You most likely received an email informing you that the order has left our warehouse.
My order still hasn't been shipped, why?
If the status of your order has not changed within 72 hours, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service via our contact form, specifying your order number.
We will then be able to contact our logistics team to provide you with a personalized response.
What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive a text message and an email indicating the delivery time slot and your personal contactless delivery code, to be communicated only in the presence of the delivery person. The package is delivered within the specified time slot, following safety instructions for a completely safe contactless delivery for you and our delivery person. The Predict service allows you to be autonomous on your deliveries thanks to a wide range of rescheduling options in case of absence:

Delivery to a neighbor
Pick up at DPD France agency
Delivery to another address
Delivery to the workplace
Delivery on another date
If you are not there, the DPD France delivery driver will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox, allowing you to reschedule a new delivery date by logging into the recipient area. Your delivery driver may drop off your package at a nearby Pickup location, if the package's dimensions and your location allow it. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
What should I do if my product is damaged, the order is incomplete or if I have not received the product ordered?

Can I have it delivered abroad?
We currently deliver to mainland France and most countries in the European zone.

DPD Predict delivers to your home, to a specific address and at a specific time.
The shipping cost, which will be charged to you, varies depending on the volumetric weight of the package and the zone in which you are located. It will be indicated in the payment tunnel.
Customs fees may apply to release your package at customs. This applies only to non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Customs fees vary depending on the type of item ordered. Typically, you can add 20 to 25% of the total invoice amount.
