Suede leather requires special care. Here are some tips for taking care of your suede leather:

1. Regular brushing: Use a crepe brush or a special suede brush to remove dirt and dust particles from the surface of the leather. Brush gently in the direction of the nap to avoid damaging the delicate suede fibers.

2. Use of a waterproofing spray: Apply a waterproofing spray specifically designed for suede leather to protect it against water and stains. Be sure to test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire surface to avoid undesirable color changes.

3. Use of a stain remover: In case of stains, prefer to apply Sommières clay to the area to be cleaned. This clay will absorb the stain.

4. Avoid water and sun: Avoid prolonged exposure of your suede leather to water as this can cause stains and alter its texture. If your suede jacket gets wet, let it air dry at room temperature away from any direct heat source.

5. Proper storage: Store your suede leather items in a dry, well-ventilated place to prevent mold formation. Use shoe trees or tissue paper to maintain their shape and prevent creases.
